Carlo Poli is a lawyer at Poli Avvocati in Florence.
He graduated in Law from the University of Florence, with a thesis in civil law. From 1987 to 1992, he collaborated with the Institute of Civil Law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Florence, focusing mainly on contract law.
He has developed extensive experience in both litigation and advisory work in civil, commercial, corporate and international law matters. His practice also includes bankruptcy law and medical malpractice.
Carlo is admitted to practise before the Italian Supreme Court. He is founder and first President of the Civil Chamber of Florence, editor-in-chief of Le Corti Fiorentine, and editor of Archivi di Psicologia Giuridica.
