Biography
A graduate of the Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University, Gennadii began his legal career in public service. Since 1993, he served as a bailiff at the District Court of Kyiv, and from 1995 to 1998, worked in the Civil Law Department of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, gaining deep expertise in civil law and public administration.
Transitioning to the private sector, Gennadii held executive roles at leading international insurance companies, including UNIQA Group (Austria) and Fairfax Group (Canada), where he managed legal departments and led loss settlement operations.
In 2008, he founded Business-Assistance Law Firm, where he served as Managing Partner for a decade. In March 2018, he established Suslov and Partners Law Firm, where he continues to lead a team of dedicated legal professionals, offering strategic counsel and representation across a broad range of legal areas.
