Iiris Härmä

Tempo Attorneys at Law employs nine lawyers and three assistants, providing legal advice tobusinesses – with particular expertise in corporate, contract, labour, taxation, insolvency and company restructuring practice areas – and private clients, comprising criminal, family and inheritance law.

Tempo counsels company and private clients and takes on cases that involve every aspect of labour law, including termination of employment, as well as dispute resolution. These fall under the remit of Härmä, who has been with the firm since 2014 and became a partner in 2024. Härmä also has multiple positions of trust. She has been a member of the Bar Examination Board of Finnish Attorneys since 2025-, member of the Finnish Attorneys’ Expert Group on Labour Law since 2022 and a member of the Board of the Häme Section of Finnish Attorneys since 2023.
