Ivana Zahradníková is qualified as both an attorney-at-law and a tax advisor.
She has extensive experience in comprehensive legal and tax advisory work and focuses mainly on civil and commercial law, corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, contract law and tax law.
Ivana manages a team of five legal professionals and assists clients with a broad range of corporate, transactional and advisory matters.
Before joining Zpartners, she worked for a major consultancy firm in the Czech Republic.
