Maciej Kapczuk is a partner at Kapczuk Kniat-Borsut in Poznań.
He advises clients on civil litigation, commercial matters and trade and road transportation law, with particular experience in liability for cargo losses and other damages. His work includes both domestic and international cases, where he assists clients in understanding the legal and practical aspects of cross-border disputes.
Maciej has built significant international experience over almost three decades of practice. He values a personal approach to client service and believes that even smaller and medium-sized firms can provide highly specialised and effective legal support, particularly through trusted networks such as TEN.
Kapczuk Kniat-Borsut has been connected with TEN for many years and hosted the TEN Annual Meeting in Poznań in 2002 and 2014. Maciej has also been actively involved in the development of the network and has contributed to its expansion in Central and Eastern Europe.
Outside his legal practice, Maciej is a supporter of Lech Poznań and enjoys tennis and skiing.
