Niels Juul Mathiassen

I graduated from the University of Copenhagen, Faculty of Law, in 2009 and was admitted to the Danish Bar in 2012. That same year, I also earned the right to appear before the High Court. In 2016, I further expanded my qualifications with a degree in Economics, adding a strong commercial foundation to my legal expertise.
I began my legal career at Deladour a larger Danish law firm, where I gained substantial experience in bankruptcy law. As an attorney, I was involved in complex insolvency proceedings, and creditor representation, advising both companies and financial institutions. This experience gave me a strong foundation in handling financially distressed situations and navigating the legal and strategic challenges they present.

My core areas of expertise include bankruptcy law and Real Estate. I advise both Danish and international clients across a variety of industries, offering strategic and business-oriented legal solutions. I value long-term relationships and take pride in being a trusted advisor who combines legal insight with commercial understanding.
