Sylwia Kniat-Borsut is a partner, legal counsel and mediator at Kapczuk Kniat-Borsut in Poznań.
She graduated from the Faculty of Law of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań in 2002 and has been a member of the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisers in Poznań since 2006. She has practiced as a legal counsel since 2006, first in cooperation with Kancelaria Radców Prawnych Lesław Kański i Maciej Kapczuk and, since 2011, as a partner at Kański Kapczuk Kniat-Borsut, now Kapczuk Kniat-Borsut.
Sylwia has also developed her professional activity in mediation. In 2019, she became a certified mediator and was entered on the list of permanent mediators of the Mediation Centre of the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisers in Poznań, and from 2022 on the list of permanent mediators of the Regional Court in Poznan, with a focus on commercial and civil mediation.
